Hi, I'm Héloïse and I created IUIN because I was fed up.

For years, I worked as a hotel receptionist in Paris. I loved my job greeting guests, making them feel welcome, ensuring every detail was perfect. But there was one thing I couldn't have: beautiful nails.

Hotel policy was strict. Short nails only. Natural colors. Nothing that could look "unprofessional." I understood the reasoning, but honestly? It frustrated me. Every day, I'd watch guests walk through the lobby with gorgeous manicures, and I wanted that for myself. I tried press-ons dozens of brands. They all failed me. They looked cheap. They fell off mid-shift. They ruined my natural nails. I remember one particularly embarrassing moment: a VIP guest was checking in, and as I handed her the room key, my press-on nail popped off and landed on the counter. Mortifying. That night, I thought: "There has to be a better solution." So I quit my job and spent the next 3 years creating it. I tested over 200 formulas. I worked with chemists and nail technicians.

I obsessed over every detail the adhesive strength, the sizing, the finish, the removal process. My goal was simple: Create press-on nails that look salon-perfect, last through real life, and come off without damage. After countless failures and late nights, IUIN was born.
